The awareness she gained both physically and mentally through her yoga practice was profound. Katie instantly felt called to share this gift with others. She completed her 200-hour teacher training with Back Bay Yoga Studio in Boston. Her teaching incorporates various styles of Yoga, as well as other modalities – functional movement training, Tai Chi and dance. She teaches with multiple methods to effectively ignite awareness in a setting that every body can feel comfortable in. Her goal is to help people become aware of their innate intelligence and trust their inner teacher on and off the mat.
