Beth Ann received her 500-hour Yoga Teacher Certification through Yoga Synthesis — a creative style of yoga which “synthsizes” Hatha, Ashtanga, Iynegar, Anusara, Kundalini, Viniyoga, and Classical practices into a vinyasa flow which is intelligently applicable for all students.Beth Ann’s practice — best described as a rhythmic, “joy-full” vinyasa flow — uses pranayama to breathe life into each pose, and the principles of alignment to aid students in holding postures, and creating strength. Combined with the use of sound through Sanskrit chanting, her class is designed to bring physical, emotional and spiritual balance.
