Jane Ciepiela

Jane teaches a lively, heart centered Vinyasa style class that is nurturing, grounding and strength building. She encourages focus on completion of breath, which supports each physical movement. Her teaching style has been influenced by many and is ever changing: Dharma Mittra, Shiva Rea, Sean Corn, Barron Baptiste and Kripalu yoga.

Amy Dawidowicz

Amy believes that yoga is a passion, uniting breath and postures to achieve balance and well-being.  Through her years of teaching she encourages playfulness on the mat. She has a Masters in Elementary Education, is a licensed health and wellness coach, certified thai massage therapist, reiki master and nutritional activist.  She has
studied and is certified in many varietals of yoga. Her classes prove to be a mixture of methodologies to unleash students’ potential.

Gillian Gorman

Gillian loves the creative, ever-evolving process that is Yoga. She is a 500-hour certified instructor with a passion for teaching Vinyasa, as well as a NYS licensed massage therapist. Gillian leads a creative flow experience, flavored by her various inspirations and trainings. She has completed several teacher trainings, most recently with Ana Forrest. Gillian has primarily taught yoga in Woodstock, NY and NYC, at such studios as Kula Yoga Project, Pure Yoga, and Om Factory. She is influenced by adventure on her yoga mat and throughout the world, where she continues to travel and expand her knowledge of yoga & movement to better serve her students.

Steven Leonard

The aim of Steven’s yoga teaching is to to integrate the physical, energetic, mental, emotional, and transcendental aspects of the self, using non-judgmental compassionate self-awareness and nourishing action. Steven emphasizes breath awareness and moving meditation within a creative and feel-good flow of postures. In Steven’s classes you can expect a balance of asana (postures), pranayama (breath work), dhyana (meditation), and relaxation. Steven is currently a staff member and resident at the Kripalu School of Yoga, in Stockbridge Massachusetts.

Nicole Rizzo

Nicole was introduced to yoga while studying theatre at Circle in the Square Theatre school in New York City, early 2000. Through the years she has practiced in New York and Boston before landing in her native home, the Berkshires. Nicole’s passion and love for dance is a huge inspiration for her yoga practice. She is currently a dance and theatre teacher and integrates yoga in all of her classes, incorporating body awareness, breath control and mindfulness. Nicole’s teaching style draws from Shiva Rea, Baron Baptise and Bikram Yoga. She completed her 200 hour teacher training with Jennilee Toner, founder of Hot Warrior Yoga. Nicole is thrilled to be teaching the best of Vinyasa Flow at Radiance Yoga!
