Scott is the co-director of Yoga Great Barrington. His classes enable students to find greater depths of insight and awareness within their practice, both on and off the mat. His approach is inter-disciplinary, drawing upon years of study in classical and modern approaches to Yoga, East-West philosophy, the Pilates method, and his work in applied movement science. He aims for every class to be a profound learning experience, bringing rehabilitation and new understanding that leads to safely gaining more strength, flexibility, and vitality. Scott’s classes welcome beginners, athletes and experienced yogis.
