OLIVIA WILBER

photoA professionally trained dancer, Olivia has dedicated much of her life to the study of the body and its movement. First encountering yoga as a student, a regular Yoga practice soon became part of Olivia’s core self-care regimen. After graduating with a Bachelors in Dance, Olivia went on to pursue her Yoga certification from the Kripalu School of Yoga. In Olivia’s thoughtfully guided classes, students of all levels are guided through Asanas that foster a strong body and deepen breath work, empowering each student to reach greater depths in their personal meditations on and off the mat.
