Kate Banks’ heartfelt teaching reflects her own practice of 20 years, her continued study of yoga and meditation as well as her ongoing lessons as life’s student. Kate welcomes beginners, athletes and experienced yogis alike to her nourishing classes which balance alignment and practical technique with mindfulness and breath practice to provide a therapeutic and challenging experience. Kripalu trained, Kate has also studied with Shiva Rea, Seane Corn, Jack Kornfield, Jonathan Foust, Cyndi Lee, Jill Miller and Jonas Westring.
