Jane teaches a lively, heart centered Vinyasa style class that is nurturing, grounding and strength building. She encourages focus on completion of breath, which supports each physical movement. Her teaching style has been influenced by many and is ever changing: Dharma Mittra, Shiva Rea, Sean Corn, Baron Baptiste and Kripalu yoga.
