IMG_6866_CHOICEChris is a long time student & teacher of yoga. Her influences are eclectic. From Joni Mitchell to B.K.S Iyengar, Chris finds her lessons on and off the mat and shares them. She aims to guide students into a deep relationship with themselves & teaches we are our own best teachers. Expect an alignment careful flow with a specific philosophical and/or physical theme each class. Oh, and there will be music. Whether you are new to yoga or are looking to deepen and expand your practice, you will find value in her class and a safe space to be yourself. Chris is the Founder of the Wild Woman Project.
